This option is great for dogs in need of some basic manners, or owners who want better communication skills with their pups. I will come to your home and over the course of an hour to and hour and a half demonstrate how to solve basic problems, as well as teach new skills and commands.
If you want to continue training even further we can do a series of sessions where we can advance upon learned behaviors and work on learning new complex skills as well. This would be things like long-distance and sustained stays, proofing the recall, and building off-leash skills.
Single Session will cover basic problems such as jumping up, rushing out the door, go-to your kennel, sit, and the beginnings of stay, come and down.
- $80 for an hour of instruction. I will work with your dog and demonstrate how to teach new behaviors/discourage unwanted ones. Then observe and assist you in how to employ these skills yourself.
Set of Three Sessions will cover basic problems as well as more severe ones such as separation anxiety, destructive behaviors, and housebreaking. Stay, down, go to your bed, recall, and polite leash walking will be learned.
- $225 for three 60-90 minute sessions. First session will establish what you hope to be accomplished over the course of training as well as instruction in how to achieve these goals. First two sessions will be mainly me working with your dog and explaining what I am doing and why. Third session you will take the lead while I observe and assist.
Set of Five Sessions will cover all the basics, sit, down, stay, come, kennel, heel, and go to your bed. We can also work on more serious problems such as fear/aggression towards guests, leash reactivity, resource guarding, and fighting between animals in the home. For dogs with minor issues we can use extra sessions to work on things such as off-leash skills, advanced obedience, and tricks.
- $430 for five 60-90 minute sessions. First session will establish what you hope to be accomplished over the course of training as well as instruction in how to achieve these goals. Second and third session will be mainly me working with your dog and explaining what I am doing and why. Fourth session you will take the lead while I observe and assist. Fifth session will be follow-up to troubleshoot remaining problem behaviors or further increase reliability of learned behaviors.
